Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey are true visionaries taking High Horology to a new level. With the GMT they have created an absolutely exquisite timepiece showcasing their exceptional talents. The dial features a second time zone with GMT display, Tourbillon, power reserve, hour and minute display with small second hand. The crowning glory for me is the incredible rotating globe with universal time display.
The GMT isn’t a huge watch, which is pretty amazing considering all it’s features. At 43.50mm x 16.4mm the piece is modestly proportioned by current standards. The case is made of white gold that in my opinion compliments the stunning dial. Mechanically this timepiece is equipped with a 50 jewel manual winding movement comprising 436 parts.
